The concept for the residential quarter makes use of the appealing landscape of the initial situation of the planning area and, at the same time, offers a successful mixture of urbanity, atmospheric density and identity. Characteristic elements are the transversal access route, and the generously landscaped green areas, the biotope and the shared spaces.

The guiding principle is the interweaving of existing elements such as the Klötzmühlbach and the flood channel with the new building structure as well as the creation of views and compensation areas. The building structures that expand along the main access route offer ample opportunity for redevelopment as well as the flexible implementation of the design concept.
