In the Qingdao Export Processing Zone, the corporate group built a state-of-the-art production facility based on a master plan that allows for the phase-wise, flexible realization of the project. The first two construction phases encompass three modules: one central facility for incoming goods and shipping and two production halls, which contain production based storage in the rear and all office areas in the front.

The individual modules are connected with transparent link buildings that are also used as buffer storage areas. Characteristic elements in the halls are the linear roof structures in the center of the hall, which contain all technical supply facilities as well as the well-lit interior thanks to the generous glazing.
