The concept gives the quarter, with the planned neighborhood center, a village-like identity – in the sense of an urban area that reflects the character of its environment in a positive manner.

The four residential buildings form a line to the north and to the south. Between the "separating lines" in the middle, a central access way will be built. The residential entrances are situated on a hill, in which the retail shops, service areas, garage entrances and delivery zones are situated. This results in a simple manner of reducing the development's "footprint".

Towards the south, a village green-like square opens up along the underground track to a park open to all residents.
