The project study of a four-star hotel develops a product, which expands the various hospitality fields with an entire medical unit, specialized in rehabilitation. The unique environment and its technical endowment differentiates this project from existing hotel projects in the region.

Hotel lobby and conference areas are arranged around an aquatic inner courtyard. The extensive water areas that are integrated within the architectural arrangement provide a unique experience in the middle of the desert. Textile roofs and small "Palm tree islands" provide shade and the cooling effect of the water reduces the temperature considerably.
