Living in Leutschenbach Centre

The draft shows a clear spatial edge to the north but a more penetrable design to the south due to numerous passages in the ground floor zone, which invite you to discover and visit the semi-public square. The middle house of the five is connected to the block in the north via a «residential bridge» featuring special flats. In this way, a protected space covered by this residential bridge is created next to the Leutschenbach.

Every flat has its own identity, as can be seen from the outside – the row and stack character of many residential complexes is avoided through simple, well thought-out variations on both sides of the house. In favor of a high efficiency all standard flat types from connectable rooms to 5-room flats can be combined in a highly-diverse manner.
