The hotel as a marina: The central element of the facility are the piers to which one can access the rooms on the one side and the marina on the other side.

All public areas are grouped around the glass hall, which was inspired by the hull of a boat, which arise from a street-like expansion of the central village green, bordering on an artificial bay to the Schlei. A conference area, stores and a café create a lively atmosphere.

The oval-shape spiral construction in the lower floors contains all wellness areas and the pool landscape. The upward spiral shape of the structure creates an exciting hall-like interior.
