The Weßling House

The municipality of Weßling has commissioned Spacial Solutions to carry out a feasibility study on how the planned new school can be located on the selected site and in synergy with the existing sports facilities.

In addition to verifying the space required and the feasibility of modern school building principles ('Lernhaus-Konzept'), the aim is to develop concepts for the connection for those walking, biking and also for the school bus.

The study shows ways in which the new school can define the southern entrance to the town and thus contribute to the upgrading of Weßlinger Hauptstraße. At the same time it is shown how the thoroughfare running through the village community can be reduced.
