The new build located in the direct vicinity of the district vocational college offers the possibility to establish synergies with existing institutions such as the college canteen and sports facilities.

The clearly structured building is divided into a one-floor workshop area in the north-east and a two-floor educational and administrative building with seminar and training rooms as well as an administrative area and a rest area. The halls connected to these areas can be assigned to tasks as needed.

Access to the workshops and warehouses is realized by means of an inner track. This does away with extensive gates and the halls can be effectively furnished and utilized up to the facade.
